Information provided on the Site and in the Service related to marketing, business, mindset, self-development, and other information are subject to change. Groundswell Origins makes no representation or warranty that the information provided, regardless of its source (the “Content”), is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. The information contained in this website, videos, or through consulting or coaching calls should not take the place of an licensed attorney, therapist, or accountant. I give advice on this blog and podcast through my posts, through video, and during sessions but results may vary and I do not guarantee your outcome.

I only recommend products and systems that I use and love myself, so I know you’ll be in good hands. If you purchase those items through my links I will earn a commission. IMAGES.

Many of the images on the site are mine. Some images are not, and those are copyrighted to the respectful owners. If there is an image appearing on this blog that belongs to you and do not wish for it appear on this site, please email me at aloha@groundswellorigins.com with a link to said image and it will be promptly removed.

SYNDICATION (OR, SHARING MY WORK ON YOUR SITE).

I DO allow my posts and articles to be syndicated, as long as, (1) prior express written permission is requested by you and granted by me, and, (2) my post on your site retains the original title, contains the complete, unedited post with my name and link to Groundswell Origins at the top of the post, and my short bio (which I will provide with my permission) at the bottom of the post. Other considerations can be granted, such as quoting me, etc. but please ask beforehand.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION.

I endeavour to describe and display the Service as accurately as possible. While I try to be as clear as possible in explaining the Service, please do not accept that the Site is entirely accurate, current, or error-free. From time to time I may correct errors in pricing and descriptions. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order with an incorrect price listing

You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or someone acting on your behalf through the Site. You agree to use the Site and to purchase services or products through the Site for legitimate, non-commercial purposes only.

ORDER CONFIRMATION.

We will email you to confirm the placement of your order and with details concerning product or service delivery. In the event that there is an error in this email confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.

If you’ve signed up for a month-to-month subscription with us, the subscription renews automatically and your credit card will be charged the fees stated at the time of purchase (or the introductory rate during introductory period). Price may change at the end of your subscription period. Your subscription will start as soon as your credit card is successfully charged.

If you have signed up for an online class or workshop, confirmation that we have received your order and payment does not constitute acceptance into the class or workshop. We will email you separately to confirm that you have been accepted into the class or workshop.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & RETURNS.

WORKSHOPS AND LIVE CLASSES: All sales of digital products downloadable upon confirmation of purchase are final and non-refundable. All live online workshops, courses and trainings being given during a specific time period are final and non-refundable. If you’d like to cancel a monthly subscription you have with us, you can do so any time, and you will not be charged effective the following month.

COACHING: Coaching fees are non-refundable, including unused sessions. However, you can pause your consulting else, within certain terms and conditions.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY/DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY.

While I have used my best efforts in preparing all posts and workshops, I make no representations or warranties with respect to the accuracy or completeness of the contents and specifically disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose. No warranty may be created or extended by sales representatives, promoters, or written sales materials.

THE ADVICE AND STRATEGIES CONTAINED HEREIN MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR YOUR SITUATION. YOU SHOULD CONSULT WITH A PROFESSIONAL WHERE APPROPRIATE.

You shall not upload, post or otherwise make available on the Site any artwork, photos or other materials (collectively “Materials”) protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right without the express written permission of the owner of the copyright, trademark or other proprietary right. The burden of determining that any Materials are not so protected rests entirely with you. You shall be liable for any damage resulting from any infringement of copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights, or any other harm resulting from such a submission and shall indemnify Groundswell Origins from any claim against Groundswell Origins resulting from your posting of Materials to the site. Product Orders. We collect a variety of personal information with each product order. This includes:

1. Your name and email address. If you are a client, I additionally ask for your physical address, phone number, and month/day of birthday. Your name and address is shared with our e-commerce software providers to ensure the delivery of your order. We use your email to communicate with you about your order and to manage our customer relationship with you. When you place an order you may be added to our mailing list from which you can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email or by contacting us at aloha@groundswell.marketing.

2. Your payment information. We collect payment information for each order but we do not store payment information on Groundswell Marketing servers. Your payment information is securely communicated to and processed via our e-commerce software providers.

All personal information collected for an order is used for the fulfillment of that order and to manage our customer relationship with you.

Blog Interaction. We only collect the personal information you voluntarily provide to us which may include:

Your email address in order to subscribe to our mailing list; Your name, email address and/or social media profile in order to post a comment on our blog via third party provider; Your full name, email address and message in order to contact us via our contact form.
