SUMMARY
We created a vibrant new brand strategy that pulled together three companies, blended together through acquisition. This included a new umbrella brand name that connected to the “roots” of the founder and forming a powerful new vision and clear foundation.
Groundswell also designed new lines of business, programs, and revenue opportunities as part of this strategy. The founder’s brave vision to expand what was possible co-created one of the most exciting brands we have launched to date with a deep connection to purpose, impact, and community. Rutsu is now more profitable, attracting better people and creating a compelling culture with this new vision.
